Returns & Exchanges
At JadeBlue, we strive to ensure your sartorial choices fit perfectly; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All products must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Request
Log into your JadeBlue account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is in its original condition with all brand tags attached; our courier partner will conduct a preliminary check during the pickup process.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 24 to 48 business hours.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes the final quality audit, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet within 7-10 working days.
